WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Receive communication from insurance companies regarding our clients' policies and respond accordingly 
Provide courtesy notifications to clients whose premium payments are late 
Assist clients with servicing of existing policies, including: 
Beneficiary and ownership changes 
Bank changes 
Premium mode changes 
Duplicate policy requests 
Agent of Record changes 
Coverage reductions 
Over-age policy conversion 
Lapse and reinstatement 
Cancellation 
Death claims 
Update database to reflect policy changes and changes to client contact information 
Communicate with clients' financial institutions and insurance companies to process collateral assignments of life insurance policies 
Process policy suspension due to military deployment and reinstatement from suspension 
Provide high-quality customer service to established clientele 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

High School Diploma or equivalent required 
Preferred Skills 
High-level customer service skills 
Superior attention to detail 
Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment 
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word

The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
