Situated on oceanfront Collins Avenue in the heart of Millionaire's Row, Fontainebleau Miami Beach is one of the most historically and architecturally significant hotels on Miami Beach. Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.
Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with day to day operations of two condominium-hotels at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Supervise Owner Services Agents and daily functions of Owner Services
  • Coordinate scheduling for Owner Services Agents and Owner Services desks
  • Work closely with other departments to enhance the Owner experience and resolve challenges
  • Walk and inspect units prior to owner arrivals and as needed otherwise
  • Walk and monitor Owner Lounges and Owner Services desks
  • Oversee owner amenity program for arriving owners, service recovery, special occasions
  • Manage inventories of Owner ID cards, spa passes, and hotel collateral
  • Facilitate and prioritize booking of Owner reservations requests and reservations processing
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, guest service, property management preferred. Must be able to work well under pressure and increased responsibilities in a high volume environment
  • Strong customer service background, preferrably in hospitality
  • Knowledge and interest of condominium-hotel operations, owner services and hospitality
  • Proven ability to be organized, follow through and complete assigned responsibilities effectively
  • Ability to prioritize and perform duties based on an understanding departmental and company goals
  • Understanding computers applications with a strong working knowledge of, Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, Opera, HOTSOS, Open Table and the internet.
  • Professional and positive attitude with ability to perform and understand supervisory position
  • Ability to work independently or with a group within a fast paced environment
  • Good decision making ability and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Maintain confidentiality and high level of discretion regarding personal information and proprietary data
