Job description

Bank & Credit Union Sales Experience Required

Crowe Overwatch Security is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record of selling products or services directly to banks and credit unions.
This is not a general sales position.
Your sole focus will be developing new business relationships with financial institutions throughout Tennessee and introducing our premium armed security officer and law enforcement officer services.
We're looking for someone who understands the banking industry, knows how financial institutions evaluate vendors, and is comfortable building relationships with executives, operations leaders, security personnel, and other decision-makers.
If you've successfully sold to banks and credit unions before, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Sell:
Our financial institution clients rely on us for professional security solutions, including:
  • Armed Security Officers
  • Law Enforcement Officer Services
We compete on professionalism, reliability, responsiveness, and the quality of our personnel—not by being the lowest-priced provider.

Your Market:
You will focus exclusively on:
  • Banks
  • Credit Unions
This position is dedicated entirely to developing relationships within the financial services industry.

Compensation:
We believe long-term customer relationships deserve long-term rewards.
You'll receive:
  • Competitive base salary.
  • Uncapped residual commissions.
  • Ongoing recurring commissions based on the billable hours. generated by the accounts you personally develop.
  • Outstanding long-term earning potential.

Unlike many sales positions, our commission structure rewards you for building lasting customer relationships that continue generating business.
Complete compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect banks and credit unions throughout Tennessee.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales activity.
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure exceptional customer service after the sale.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of outside sales experience selling directly to banks and/or credit unions.
  • Proven track record of developing new business.
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Tennessee.

Who Will Thrive in This Role:
This opportunity is best suited for an experienced sales professional who is financially stable, confident in their abilities, and looking to build something meaningful over the long term.
We're not looking for someone who simply wants to collect a paycheck. We're looking for someone who approaches business like an entrepreneur—someone who takes ownership of their territory, builds lasting client relationships, and is motivated by creating a substantial recurring income through their own efforts.
While this is not a partnership or ownership position, we value professionals who think like business owners. You'll have the freedom to develop your market, cultivate long-term relationships, and play a significant role in expanding our presence within Tennessee's banking and credit union industry.
If you're looking for a long-term opportunity where your success is directly tied to the value you create, we'd like to talk with you.
