Crowe Overwatch Security

Crowe Overwatch Security is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to develop new business relationships throughout Tennessee. We are not a traditional guard company.

Crowe Overwatch Security operates at the premium end of the security industry. We provide professional armed security officers, law enforcement officers, and specialized security services to clients who place a high value on professionalism, appearance, reliability, responsiveness, and the quality of the personnel representing their organization. We are not trying to be the lowest-priced security provider in the market, and we are not looking for a salesperson whose primary strategy is competing on price. We're looking for someone who can sell quality, value, professionalism, and trust.

Prior security industry experience is not required. Experience selling to banks or credit unions is also not required.

What matters is that you already know how to sell.

This is a true outside business development position. You'll be responsible for developing new accounts through cold calling, field prospecting, networking, referrals, appointments, and long-term relationship building. Our prospective clients are organizations where security personnel are more than simply a person standing at a post. Our officers may be interacting with employees, customers, residents, executives, visitors, students, or the general public. For these clients, who represents them matters. That distinction creates an opportunity for a strong salesperson who knows how to sell a premium service rather than a commodity.

Unlike sales positions where every month starts back at zero, this position gives successful salespeople the opportunity to build a portfolio of accounts that can continue producing commission as those customers continue using our services. Our operations team handles recruiting, staffing, scheduling, and service delivery, allowing you to remain focused on developing business and building client relationships.

This opportunity is best suited for an experienced salesperson who understands the difference between selling price and selling value. If your sales strategy is simply being cheaper than the competition, this probably isn't the right position. If you're comfortable walking into a business, identifying the decision-maker, earning their attention, understanding what matters to them, and demonstrating why a higher-quality service is worth paying for, we want to talk with you. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their territory and approaches business development with an entrepreneurial mindset.
