We're hiring a self-motivated Wire EDM Programmer and Operator to join our team.If you know your way around MasterCam software and Wire Machines, enjoy working with a team, and like keeping production moving, we want to hear from you.Why You'll Love Working HereA stable, family-owned company with deep roots and a 65+ year track record - no layoffs-and-rehire churn.Modern equipment and resources.Full service toolroom.Real ownership of your work - you manage job from programming to operation.A team that invests in its people and supports you in growing your skills.A predictable first-shift schedule - home for dinner.What You'll DoProgram, setup, and operate (2) Mitsubishi Wire machines utilizing MasterCam software.Prepare the machine for overnight burns.Stay diligent with Preventative Maintenance.Order supplies for machines including wire and replacement parts.Keep your work areas clean and organized.Take an active part in our safety initiatives.Occasional overtime which may include Saturdays.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum (2) years experience on Wire EDM machines.Ability to use and understand all measuring devices and gages, including the calibration process.Basic English reading and verbal communication skills.Ability to pass our company ISO, English, and Math assessments.  Nice to HaveExperience in Tool and Die and Metal Stampings preferred.Hands-on experience with other toolroom machinery.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsA hands-on shop role: standing, walking, and using your hands throughout the workday, with regular bending, stooping, or twisting.Ability to occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 pounds.Vision of 20/40 (with or without correction) and the ability to communicate clearly on the floor.Stamina to work all assigned hours, including overtime as needed.Comfort in a shop environment with ongoing exposure to metalworking machinery, loud noise, dust, mist, oils, and solvents.Ready to Apply?Send us your resume and we'll be in touch.
