NOW HIRING: Overnight Direct Support Professional (8:00 pm to 8:00 am shift)


Location: Duluth, MN - Swan Lake (other locations as needed)

Status: Full-time

Pay rate: $20.50 per hour + shift adjustments

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities - empowering them to lead fulfilling lives in their homes and communities.


What You'll Do:

  • Support individuals with daily living skills, community involvement, and personal goals.
  • Assist with medication administration, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
  • Foster meaningful relationships and encourage independence.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards.
  • Assist individuals with planning of daily activities and community outings by encouraging community integration.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:

What You'll Bring:

  • A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and clean background check (required for all roles)
  • Experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual(s)!
