What are the typical responsibilities and challenges of working an overnight warehouse shift?

Overnight warehouse workers are responsible for receiving, sorting, and shipping inventory, restocking shelves, and preparing orders for delivery while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. A key challenge is staying alert and productive during overnight hours, which requires good time management and the ability to adapt to less supervision compared to daytime shifts.
