Role Description The Truss Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mankato, MN, responsible for creating accurate truss layouts and designs for a variety of building projects. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting architectural drawings and specifications, using truss design software to develop structural solutions, and preparing detailed plans and material lists for production. The role involves coordinating with sales, production, and construction teams to ensure designs meet structural requirements, building codes, and customer expectations.
