This position requires extensive travel to project sites across Texas and other states.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and limited self-performing crews
  • Track workflow, manpower, and trade sequencing to maintain project schedules
  • Ensure timely delivery and staging of materials, equipment, and resources
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and perform field layout as needed
  • Partner with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure alignment on schedule, budget, and execution
  • Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, particularly in occupied/operating environments
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all safety protocols
  • Document daily jobsite activity and progress in company systems
  • Support hands-on carpentry work when required to keep projects on track
  • Work flexible schedules based on project needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience (metal framing, layout, drywall, or interior build-outs)
  • Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or Working Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects
  • Ground-up and/or tenant improvement (TI) construction experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and perform layout
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, trades, and jobsite workflow
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (Texas and nationwide) with overnight stays
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends, based on project requirements
  • Ability to work in active/occupied construction environments (e.g., open businesses or financial institutions)
  • Ability to obtain required site access clearance for financial institution projects, which may include background checks or credentialing
  • Ability to perform hands-on field work when needed

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 75k - 90k/year range, plus overtime
  • Vehicle reimbursement and company credit card
  • Medical benefits package
  • 401k with bonus potential
  • PTO
  • Tuition/education reimbursement
  • Clear path for advancement within a growing organization
