Overnight Temporary RNs are registered nurses working temporarily overnight, often filling in for staff shortages, and require RN licensure. What can I do as an RN that isn't bedside?

An RN can work in non-bedside roles such as case management, health education, research, telehealth, or administrative positions. These roles often require strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and sometimes additional certifications or training. They allow for a different work environment and schedule from direct patient care.
