The starting pay range for this position per hour is $21.50 - $23.50. The full pay range for this position per hour is $21.50 - $36.55

Assets Protection (AP)teamsfunction to keep our guests, team and brandsecureand lead through crisis events. They protect profitable sales by mitigating shortage risks, preventing,theftand fraud to ensureproduct isavailable for ourguest.They also build relationships inside and outside of Target including store leadersand public safety officials, inclusive of law enforcement.

Leadingasecurityculture, including crisis response, a strong safety environment and crowd management planning, providing support to both guests and team members
Leading a team of hourly team members,includingleveragingskills ininterviewing, developing,evaluatingandretainingtalent
As an Assets Protection Team Leader, no two daysare ever the same, but a typical daymost likelywillinclude the following responsibilities:
Reviews area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics toidentifyopportunities,takes action to improve, andaligns team on the right behaviors and execution, celebrates wins, drives results that deliver outcomes and elevates the guest experience.
Serveas first responder for in-storesafetyincidents (e.g., security, weather, etc.), executing Target's procedures and best practices.
Lead anddemonstrateasafety culture through modeling and recognizing safe behaviors,identifyingand correcting hazards in partnership with store leaders,holding team accountable to following safety expectations,assistingwith incident response, and reporting/investigatinginjuriestimelyand accurately.
