Join Arbor Day Farm as a Banquet Server and help create meaningful guest experiences while advancing the Foundation’s mission right here in Nebraska City. 

Your Support System: You’ll report to our Assistant Food and Beverage Director. 
You’ll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Event Set Up.

Schedule: Flexible
Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we’re going to do something — it’s worth doing well. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Be a part of a fast-paced work environment. You enjoy large crowds at events, have a knack for serving others, and like the energy of serving large groups.
• Professional appearance. Maintain a professional standard and representation of Lied Lodge.
• Be a reliable candidate. Must consistently be on time for all shifts and be reliable to complete tasked work.
• Work as a team. Be a part of helping us create a fun work environment with teamwork at the forefront to ensure a positive experience for guests.

• Ability to clear and set tables, serve plated dinners, respond to requests for beverages, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, performing setup and takedown.
