Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all gyms, studios, courts, and indoor/outdoor pool areas.
  • Monitor the outdoor pool area by arranging chairs and umbrellas, replenishing supplies, and keeping the space neat and inviting.
  • Ensure guest safety by observing facility use, offering guidance on equipment and amenities, and assisting with areas such as saunas and whirlpools.
  • Stock towels and necessary supplies throughout the spa, gyms, studios, and pool areas to maintain readiness and guest comfort.
  • Anticipate guest needs and create meaningful engagement by offering assistance, information on activities, and a welcoming experience throughout their visit.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Priority scheduling for Friday and Sunday 8 AM - 5 PM, opportunity for more evening shifts during the summer!
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations.
  • Ability to multitask while delivering superior guest service.
  • Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.
  • A supportive, collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
