What unique challenges might Overnight Stryker RNs face compared to daytime nursing roles?

Overnight Stryker RNs often encounter challenges such as managing patient care with fewer on-site resources and support staff, as many departments operate with reduced personnel at night. They must be highly autonomous, make critical decisions quickly, and maintain strong communication with physicians and other team members who may be off-site. Additionally, adapting to the overnight schedule can impact sleep patterns and work-life balance, so effective self-care and time management are essential.
