🌟 What You'll Do

As a Sales Engineer, you'll be thego-to expertfor our customers-understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving business growth. You'll:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote and sell the fullCoromant product and service offering
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions
• Use your technical expertise to consult on CNC machining and tooling applications
• Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools (MS Dynamics and Power BI) to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and follow-up on customer engagements

🧠 What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combinestechnical know-howwithstrong interpersonal skills:

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience withCNC machining,CAD/CAM, andcutting tools
• Proven success in technical sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel (approx. 10% overnight)
