Job description

Weโ€™re hiring a skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. This is a steady, year-round position with a mix of shop fabrication, warehouse support, and local deliveriesโ€”ideal for someone who likes staying busy and wearing multiple hats.

If you take pride in clean ductwork, staying organized, and being part of a team that gets things done right, this is a great fit.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Fabricate ductwork, plenums, and transitions (layout, cut, bend, assemble)
  • Operate shop equipment (brake, shear, Pittsburgh, etc.)
  • Load, stage, and organize materials for field crews
  • Make local jobsite deliveries (no overnight travel)
  • Help maintain a clean, efficient, and professional shop


What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of HVAC sheet metal fabrication experience (preferred).
  • Comfortable reading basic shop drawings / layouts.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license (Chauffeurโ€™s preferred).
  • Experience driving a box truck or pulling a trailer is a plus.
  • Team player with strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Able to lift 50lbs and stay active throughout the day.
