An Overnight Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring productivity during the overnight hours in a workplace, such as a warehouse, manufacturing facility, or retail store. Their duties typically include supervising staff, addressing any issues that arise during the shift, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring that company policies are followed. They also handle shift handovers, report incidents, and may assist with training or onboarding new overnight employees. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently during non-standard hours.
