Familiarity with production machinery, safety protocols, and possibly basic data entry systems is typically required. What is an Overnight Shell Tap Up?

An Overnight Shell Tap Up is a position typically found in manufacturing or industrial settings, where the primary responsibility is to add or 'top up' materials (such as sand, chemicals, or other substances) to molds or shells during the overnight shift. This role ensures that production processes continue smoothly without interruption. Employees in this position often work late hours or overnight, requiring attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols. The job may also involve monitoring equipment, maintaining inventory levels, and reporting any issues to supervisors. Previous experience in manufacturing or shift work can be beneficial for this role.
