As Drake Power continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technician – Industrial Sewing who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys working with heavy-duty materials, and wants to build something meaningful alongside a growing company.

What You'll Do

  • Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture premium utility and lineman gear.
  • Sew heavy-duty materials including Cordura®, webbing, binding, leather, and other industrial fabrics.
  • Install zippers, hardware, hook-and-loop, and other product components.
  • Follow production specifications while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products for durability, consistency, and workmanship.
  • Assist with product assembly and other manufacturing tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve production efficiency and product quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience operating industrial sewing machines.
  • Experience sewing heavy-duty materials such as Cordura®, canvas, upholstery, marine canvas, leather, tactical gear, automotive upholstery, or similar products.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience with lineman gear is not required—we'll teach you our products. We're looking for someone with strong sewing skills and a desire to produce exceptional work.
