About the Role:

The Root Cause Manager at H2 plays a critical role in enhancing manufacturing processes by identifying, analyzing, and resolving the underlying causes of production issues. This position is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to conduct thorough investigations into defects, failures, and inefficiencies, ensuring sustainable solutions that improve product quality and operational efficiency. The manager will develop and implement root cause analysis methodologies and continuous improvement strategies that align with organizational goals. By collaborating closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams, the Root Cause Manager drives data-driven decision-making to prevent recurrence of problems. Ultimately, this role ensures that manufacturing operations maintain high standards of reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness across all production lines in the United States facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with a focus on quality and process improvement.
  • Proven expertise in root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
