Our facility in West Linn, OR offers a residential treatment program dedicated to adults seeking help for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Our approach emphasizes restoring physiological and nutritional balance, fostering healthy eating and exercise habits, eliminating detrimental behaviors, and enhancing motivation and engagement in treatment. We aim to empower each client with a comprehensive understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its impact on their lives, alongside a personalized plan for recovery.

We are currently in search of a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager to support the leadership of our nursing team. Candidates should be available for Saturday Day shifts (7 AM - 7 PM) and Overnight shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) for 1-2 shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatments.
  • Engage in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff.
  • Ensure adherence to medical safety standards and that nursing practices align with licensing requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients on behalf of the Nurse Manager or as assigned.
  • Participate in a shared call rotation with the Nurse Manager as part of this full-time, salaried leadership position.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active Registered Nurse license (or be eligible for licensure); a BSN is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a nursing leadership role within a hospital or residential environment is preferred.
  • Experience in Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health populations is essential.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, safety awareness, and a collaborative spirit are required.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification is necessary prior to starting; we can provide this training if needed.
