The Prime Therapist Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to gather relevant information.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients’ unique circumstances, incorporating evidence-based therapies tailored to individual preferences.
• Deliver therapeutic services through secure virtual platforms, ensuring that each session is client-centered and responsive to their evolving needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and provide continual support, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to treatment plans.
• Document therapy sessions and client interactions promptly and accurately in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients in a virtual setting, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of clients' mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to handle remote therapy sessions and accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing remote therapy or utilizing telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and their application in virtual settings.
• Proficiency in managing a caseload and contributing to collaborative treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with the therapist's caseload and experience.
