• Conduct virtual initial assessments to understand clients' unique issues and develop personalized treatment plans that aim for optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Facilitate engaging and effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for each client.
• Maintain detailed documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and relevant client communications in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Actively participate in clinical supervision and continuous training, enhancing both your professional development and the overall quality of care provided by our team.
• Stay current with best practices, new research developments, and trends in the marriage and family therapy field.
• Uphold strict ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards to protect client privacy and maintain trust.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• The candidate must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon where this position is based.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Experience in providing therapy services to a wide variety of clients, including adults, children, and families is necessary.
• Proficient in diagnosis and treatment planning using the DSM-5 framework.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and adjust to diverse client needs.

• Understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.
• Experience with electronic health record systems for efficient tracking and management of client information.
• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling environments is a plus.
