Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • The candidate must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon where this position is based.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is essential.
  • Experience in providing therapy services to a wide variety of clients, including adults, children, and families is necessary.
  • Proficient in diagnosis and treatment planning using the DSM-5 framework.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and adjust to diverse client needs.
Preferred Experience
