Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's specific needs, preferences, and treatment goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans based on feedback and observed changes in their mental health status.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing urgent mental health issues, ensuring their immediate safety and stability.
• Accurately document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—such as psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training opportunities related to mental health.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards as set forth by professional licensing boards and relevant organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients we serve at Allied Health Psychotherapy Center are individuals from various backgrounds dealing with a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by each client, helping them navigate their circumstances while fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).
• Strong clinical assessment skills combined with a keen capacity for accurate diagnosis.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to building therapeutic relationships.
• A deep sense of empathy and compassion for clients facing emotional and psychological difficulties.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in a related mental health counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, with competitive benefits that reflect our commitment to employee wellness.
