Job description

Do you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a hands-on team? We're looking for a Field Service Technician II to help maintain stormwater systems and manage vegetation at customer sites across the region. This role is perfect for someone with field experience who's ready to take the lead and grow their skills.
What You'll Do
  • Maintain and inspect stormwater facilities and vegetation areas
  • Lead and support Field Service Technician I team members
  • Mix and apply herbicides safely and according to regulations
  • Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, UTVs, spray equipment, and hand tools
  • Communicate with customers about work progress and site needs
  • Use mobile apps and technology to complete reports and safety briefings
  • Travel to job sites (50-75%, including some overnight travel)

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related field experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and terrain
  • Team-oriented with basic tech skills
  • Field Service Technician I training or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:
  • State herbicide license
  • Stormwater or BMP experience
  • Ability to obtain a TWIC card

Physical Requirements
  • Lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet 8-11 hours per day
  • Work in all weather conditions and around water
  • Ability to wear required PPE and work around wildlife
