Position Summary
We're looking for a Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial mechanical projects. This role works closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in planning and executing project tasks in alignment with project schedules.
  • Support cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Help develop and maintain project schedules with the Project Manager.
  • Maintain and organize project documents, including contracts, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Identify and report potential risks and assist in mitigation efforts.
  • Support quality control and safety compliance across project sites.
  • Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to share updates and resolve issues.
  • Track material procurement and resource allocation.
  • Prepare reports and assist in monitoring key project metrics.
  • Participate in project closeout and lessons-learned reviews.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of cost tracking and scheduling principles.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and navigate construction sites for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
  • Travel Required: Frequent travel between project sites with occasional overnight stays.

Physical & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move through active construction sites for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
  • Frequent computer use for documentation and reporting.
  • Combination of office and field work; exposure to outdoor conditions and job site environments.
