Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN)- STAT $40hr

We have immediate opportunities in Mercer County, NJ

Join our STAT Team and make a lasting impact by delivering advanced, hands-on care in the home setting. We are seeking highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help infants, children, and adults receive the complex care they need where they feel the safest—at home.

This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and want to use their advanced skills to make a difference in patients' lives every day.

As a Mercer County STAT Team LPN, you will:

  • Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for clients with medically complex needs
  • Support clients with ongoing home care needs throughout Mercer County
  • Deliver expert clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care
  • Train and mentor care team members to maintain the highest standards of quality

Qualifications for STAT Team Licensed Practical Nurses:

  • Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN
  • Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Trach/vent experience required
  • Hold current CPR certification
  • Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
  • Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
  • Ability to travel throughout Mercer County
