Job description

As a Seasonal Facilities Clerk, you'll play an important role in keeping our property looking its best through general cleaning and light maintenance tasks. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work in a friendly, team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you bring to the team

  • Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and minor repair work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive and team-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently
  • Punctuality and reliability

Where We Are:

This job is performed in person at 657 Main Street, Weston VT 05161.

A Sampling of What You'll Do

  • Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and workspaces
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
  • Empty Trash and recycling bins
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment
  • Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies
  • Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor patching/painting
  • Assist with basic plumbing fixes such as unclogging drains
  • Perform simple preventative maintenance tasks
  • Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or exterior upkeep
  • Help with basic equipment or furniture setup/moves
