Job description

Job Title: Dispatch Operator

Our company is a 24 hour Alarm Monitoring Company. We are currently hiring Candidates for the following shift: Saturday and Sunday 6:45 am to 7:45 pm as well as Monday and Tuesday Overnight - 10:45 pm to 7:15 am. The shift is paid at 14.00/hr. We do provide paid training. The position entails minimal phone work, heavy flow of computer work. We are the first contact for over 20,000 different companies and homes spanning from North Florida to Key West. It is our job to notify Police and/or Fire Departments when an alarm has been activated. We dispatch the authorities for Fire, Burglary, Panic, Hold-up, Medical and Ambush Alarms, and much more.
Requirements:
  • Must have your own transportation.
  • English is a requirement.
  • Bi-lingual and Customer Service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be available Holidays. 
  • Paid training provided.
  • Pass a background check and drug test.
