  • Annual Earning Potential: $100,000-$150,000+

Higher compensation may be available for candidates with advanced electrical licensing, industrial certifications, PLC and controls experience, conveyor systems expertise, leadership experience, or extensive industrial maintenance backgrounds.
About the Opportunity
Force Building Services is seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians to support conveyor systems, warehouse automation equipment, industrial electrical infrastructure, and material handling systems throughout Northern California.
This position primarily services customers throughout:

  • Pleasanton
  • Stockton
  • Modesto
  • Bay Area
  • Surrounding Northern California

Occasional overnight and out-of-state travel assignments may be required based on customer and project needs.

Primary Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will:
  • Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair conveyors, motors, VFDs, controls, sensors, and automation systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
  • Support electrical installations, shutdowns, equipment replacements, and facility upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation, photographs, notes, and work reports.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and fellow technicians.
  • Follow OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and all company safety policies.
  • Represent Force Building Services with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Schedule
Typical schedules range from 40-60+ hours per week, depending on project workload.
