Job description


CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in commercial and industrial roofing, has an immediate full-time opening for a Branch Safety Inspector to cover our Spec Division office in Franklin, OH.
Job Qualifications:
  • Must have good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety
  • Knowledge and understanding of OSHA Regulations
  • Valid state driver’s license in good standing required
  • Supreb communication/writing skills
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • 5 years roofing/construction experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required

Job Requirements:
  • Overnight travel
  • Assist in setting up fall protection, pre-job inspections, and job planning meetings
  • Sign off on all deck replacement fall protection plans
  • Perform safety inspections on all crews (including Service) to check compliance
  • Check Fall Plans, Toolbox Talks, and other safety documents required on site
  • Address all safety violations in compliance with CentiMark Safety Rules or Policy
  • Review inspections with crews and cover safety awareness messages
  • Report inspection results on a weekly basis to the Regional Manager
  • Serious violations must be reported immediately
  • Assist in conducting Monthly & Quarterly training meetings
