Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Houston, TX (77032)

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shift: 2nd / 3rd Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 / hour (DOE)


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping materials. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in inventory and schedule management, and a track record of driving efficiency and safety on the floor.


Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Direct, coach, and supervise daily activities of warehouse personnel.

  • Operations Oversight: Manage receiving, inventory storage, order packing, and shipping workflows.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate stock records, inventory counts, and operational logs.

  • Scheduling: Plan and assign work shifts and daily assignments to optimize operational workflow.

  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

  • Process Improvement: Apply industry concepts and practices to streamline operations and resolve floor challenges.


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.

  • Skills: Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work evening/overnight shifts (2nd or 3rd shift schedule).
