OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our office in Atlanta, GA.
The Receptionist for a construction office provides customer service and support to the team, as well as customers, guests, vendors and subcontractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick up, open and distribute mail - including sending of overnight packages from front desk
- Receive overnight packages/general deliveries and distribute to correct person
- Answer all incoming calls for busy regional office - transferring to correct people/departments, etc.
- Light data entry
- Accounts payable duties
- Greet customers/clients
- Order office supplies
- Organize/keep clean common areas of the office including kitchenette/office supply room/conference rooms
- Oversee building maintenance calls/complaints with leasing agent
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Proficient with MS Office Programs
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with filing systems
- Experience with data entry
- Self-motivated
