Job description

Receptionist

We are currently seeking a receptionist for our office in Atlanta, GA. The receptionist for a construction office provides customer service and support to the team, as well as customers, guests, vendors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick up, open and distribute mail – including sending of overnight packages from front desk
  • Receive overnight packages/general deliveries and distribute to correct person
  • Answer all incoming calls for busy regional office – transferring to correct people/departments, etc.
  • Light data entry
  • Accounts payable duties
  • Greet customers/clients
  • Order office supplies
  • Organize/keep clean common areas of the office including kitchenette/office supply room/conference rooms
  • Oversee building maintenance calls/complaints with leasing agent

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Proficient with MS Office Programs
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with filing systems
  • Experience with data entry
  • Self-motivated
