What is an overnight order fulfillment job?

Overnight order fulfillment jobs involve preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders during nighttime hours. Employees in these roles typically work in warehouses, distribution centers, or retail stores to ensure that orders are ready to be delivered by the next day. These positions require attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under time constraints, and sometimes the use of inventory management systems. Overnight shifts can offer higher pay rates and may be ideal for those seeking non-traditional work hours.

To thrive as an Overnight Order Fulfillment Associate, you need strong attention to detail, basic math skills, physical stamina, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Job description

Dispensary Fulfillment Technician

Precise, organized, and love working behind the scenes? This one's for you. Swade's newest dispensary in Overland, Missouri—the St. Louis area's first 24-hour dispensary—is looking to grow their internal Fulfillment Team. As a Dispensary Fulfillment Technician, you'll power the back-of-house operation: fulfilling orders accurately, keeping inventory audit-ready, and making sure every product is compliant, labeled, and ready to sell. We're hiring both day and overnight technicians—and overnight shifts can earn up to a $2–$3/hour night differential.

Why You'll Love Working at Swade

  • Pick the shift that fits your life. Day and overnight roles available, with overnight shifts earning an extra $2–$3 per hour.
  • Benefits that actually have your back. We cover 100% of your individual premiums for health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance—so more of your paycheck stays yours.
  • Grow with a Missouri cannabis leader. BeLeaf Medical is one of the state's leading vertically integrated cannabis companies. As we grow, so do your opportunities to advance into lead and management roles.
  • Real work-life balance. 12 days of PTO, 10 paid holidays plus 3 floating holidays, paid parental leave, and a generous employee discount.

About Swade & BeLeaf Medical

BeLeaf Medical is one of Missouri's leading, vertically integrated cannabis companies—home to Swade Dispensaries and Sinse Cannabis. With years of experience across multiple states, we grow, package, and deliver the best cannabis flower and manufactured/infused products in Missouri, meeting the high standards of discerning customers who appreciate cannabis in all its forms.

What You'll Do

  • Fulfill in-store, pick-up, and home delivery orders compliantly—verifying every item against the receipt within camera view and confirming all items are scanned and fulfilled in TREEZ before packing.
  • Print and attach QR labels, and organize products in bins by METRC number and product type with clear camera visibility.
  • Enter lab results and expiration dates into Treez for e-commerce regulatory compliance, and assist the Fulfillment Lead with product purchases in the Treez POS (once trained).
  • Split METRC tags, support managers in processing and verifying deliveries, and print Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and lab results on request for patients, consumers, or state officials.
  • Complete and post the daily fulfillment report on Microsoft Teams and maintain daily logs—cleaning/sanitation, temperature and humidity, and product returns.
  • Immediately flag any inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Keep the fulfillment room clean and stocked, completing the cleaning and sanitation log and notifying management when daily-use supplies run low.
  • Assist management with other tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Able to stay compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
  • Prior dispensary, inventory, fulfillment, or warehouse experience is a plus—but a strong work ethic and reliability matter most.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to sit and/or stand for long periods (4+ hours).
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop, and reach overhead and across shelves.
  • Able to lift, push, pull, move, and carry up to 25 pounds (with or without mechanical assistance).

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay: Shifts starting at $16.50-$17.00/hour; overnight shift features up to a $2–$3/hour night differential, commensurate with experience.
  • Insurance: Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life—individual employee premiums covered 100% by the company.
  • Retirement: 401(k) with company matching.
  • Time off: 12 days of paid time off, 9 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays.
  • Family: Paid parental leave.
  • Perks: Generous employee discount.

Ready to Apply? If you're 21+, detail-oriented, and want to build a career with one of Missouri's top dispensaries, we want to meet you. Apply today to join the fulfillment team at Swade Overland—day and overnight shifts available.
