As the Supervisor, Last Mile Operations at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free.
Schedule 12:00 am-8:00 am
What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Assign and oversee daily work activities across shifts, ensuring strong execution, productivity, and overnight coverage
  • Lead overnight operations aligned to inbound window, managing trailer unloading and coordinating inbound flow
  • Train associates on equipment use, operational processes, maintenance procedures, and housekeeping standards
  • Ensure availability of tools, materials, and supplies to support uninterrupted operations
  • Enforce safe equipment usage and strict adherence to all safety procedures and programs
  • Manage inventory accuracy, including monitoring stock levels and performing product reconciliation
  • Drive efficient receiving, immediate issue resolution, and performance improvement to support accuracy and outbound readiness

At a minimum, you'll need:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

It'd be great if you also have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong math skills and solid analytical ability
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

This job requires the ability to:
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
