We're seeking House Attendants who bring care, efficiency, and a passion for detail-professionals who take pride in providing luxurious, impeccably clean environments that elevate every guest stay.
What You'll Do
As an Overnight House Attendant - Lobby at Hotel Citrine, you'll be an essential part of the guest experience, ensuring the property is pristine, welcoming, and impeccably maintained. You'll:
  • Support Housekeeping, Banquets, and Engineering teams by maintaining cleanliness and order across guest corridors, public areas, meeting spaces, and service zones
  • Restock linens, amenities, and supplies in storage and on guest room attendant carts
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and correctly (e.g., vacuums, floor buffers, carpet extractors)
  • Perform minor maintenance and repairs in guest and public areas
  • Handle guest requests and support your team with urgency and professionalism
  • Ensure lost and found procedures, equipment safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met

What We're Looking For
You might be the perfect fit if you:
  • Thrive in a physically active, fast-paced environment
  • Are detail-oriented and proactive about keeping spaces pristine
  • Have experience in hotel housekeeping or facilities support (preferred)
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate well across departments
  • Are reliable, punctual, and professional in demeanor and appearance
  • Can lift up to 75 lbs, push/pull carts up to 250 lbs, and remain on your feet for extended periods
