Job Summary:
Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Lead Front-End Engineer specializing in React and Next.js. The role involves developing high-performance web applications, collaborating with backend developers, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
Responsibilities:
• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and dynamic routing with Next.js
• Collaborate with backend developers to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO.
• Integrate RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end architecture decisions with Senior Front-end Engineer.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph REQUIRED
• 14 years of experience as a software engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• + 4 additional years of experience as a software engineer may be substituted for a degree
• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and dynamic routing with Next.js
• Collaborate with backend developers to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO.
