Job description

Our Cooks bring warmth and comfort to our seniors by preparing homemade meals and desserts from scratch, ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious and delicious dining experiences every day. We are always looking for talented, dependable and passionate individuals who take pride in their craft to join our valued culinary team.

Shift: • Other, See Hours   
Hours: 7a-1:30p including Every Other Weekend
Salary Range: $18-22/hr + Based on Experience

Cook responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Cook and serve customized, nutritious and appealing meals
  • Ensure kitchen and food safety
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining room

What qualifications are we looking for in a Cook?

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Support up to 100 pounds
  • Three or more months of cooking meals experience, preferred
  • A caring heart that truly shines when helping others!
