Job description

Job Title: Caregiver - Overnight (NOC Shift, PT)
Pay: $17.00-$24.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Shifts: 10p-6a (every other weekend required)
About the role
English Rose caregivers provide overnight care in small residential care homes offering assisted living and memory care in Edina and Minnetonka. With a 1:6 staff-to-resident ratio, you'll have the time and support to focus on resident safety, comfort, and meaningful care.
Responsibilities
  • Provide overnight care and monitor resident well-being
  • Assist with evening and morning routines
  • Light housekeeping and preparing for the day ahead
  • Document care notes clearly and accurately
Team support
If a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another caregiver steps in to maintain the 1:3 ratio during the day and 1:6 ratio during the overnight shift. Caregivers also have access to 24/7 nurse support for resident care needs.
Qualifications
  • HHA, PCA, CNA, or RA experience preferred
  • Dementia care experience preferred (training provided)
  • Compassionate, dependable, strong communicator
  • Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication and written documentation skills
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts
  • Preferred: household/cooking skills; valid driver's license
