Job Summary:

At SYNERGY HomeCare of Southern Twin Cities, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team in Jordan, MN. As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients, while also enjoying a rewarding and fulfilling career.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

  • Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

  • Participate in on-going training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest caregiving techniques and best practices

Requirements:

  • Certificate in healthcare-related field or equivalent experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Caregiver

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including overnight and day shifts
