Job description

The SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) Architect is a strategic leader responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end SAP solutions that optimize supply chain performance across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and planning. This role combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business operations to architect scalable, integrated systems that support global supply chain transformation initiatives.

Work Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP SCM solution design and implementation.
  • 5+ years in an architect or lead consultant role on large-scale SAP projects.
  • Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Hands‑on experience integrating SAP SCM with third‑party systems and automation technologies.
  • Experience in global supply chain environments with multi‑site, multi‑country operations.
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies
  • Demonstrated success in designing and integrating SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP) with third‑party systems such as WMS, TMS, MES, and PLM.
  • Experience working in global, multi‑site, and multi‑language environments, supporting complex supply chain networks.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Deep expertise in SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, production, logistics, and planning.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
  • SAP certifications in SCM modules is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies.
  • Proven ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options.
  • The ability to translate among the vocabulary used by executives, business, IT, and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced and deadline‑oriented environment.
  • Self‑motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Availability for 10–15% overnight domestic travel.
