MountainView Regional Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Nocturnist to join our inpatient and emergency coverage team. This role offers competitive pay, flexible employment options (W-2 or 1099), and the opportunity to practice in a well-supported hospital environment with strong physician and APP coverage.

  • Compensation: $90/hour
  • W-2 option with full benefits available

  • 24-hour NP/PA coverage
  • 72-hour physician coverage daily

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current New Mexico NP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently overnight
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior inpatient or emergency experience preferred
