Position SummaryThe Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator at Mack Studios is responsible for overseeing warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving activities, logistics coordination, and material movement for production and installation projects. This role ensures materials, products, and shipments are properly managed, tracked, and delivered on schedule to support company operations and client deadlines.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations•Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries and materials.•Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.•Label and organize materials by project, department, or inventory location.•Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and storage areas.•Pull, stage, and prepare materials for production and installation teams.•Load and unload company vehicles and freight shipments.•Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely.Inventory Management•Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking.•Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.•Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or shortages.•Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock items to purchasing.•Ensure inventory locations and warehouse organization remain accurate and updated.Logistics & Shipping•Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, freight carriers, and installation teams.•Schedule freight pickups, deliveries, and transportation logistics.•Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, and packing lists.•Track shipments and communicate updates to internal teams.•Assist with local deliveries and material pickups when necessary.•Drive company box trucks for deliveries, pickups, and transportation of materials.•Coordinate project material readiness to meet production and installation schedules.General Responsibilities•Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.•Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly.•Support production, engineering, and installation departments as needed.•Assist with process improvements related to warehouse operations and logistics.•Maintain professionalism and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.•Be willing to travel as needed to support company projects and installations.•Some overnight travel may be required based on project schedules and business needs.Qualifications•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.•Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory management experience preferred.
