Job Summary

The Overnight Supervisor oversees overnight store operations, ensuring stocking, merchandising, recovery, and operational tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role is responsible for supervising overnight associates, maintaining store presentation standards, supporting inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. The Overnight Supervisor plays a key role in preparing the store for daily business operations while delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Overnight Operations
  • Supervise nightly stocking, replenishment, and merchandising activities throughout the store.
  • Ensure products are stocked, faced, and displayed according to company standards and planograms.
  • Monitor overnight workflow to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate department priorities and direct associates to maximize productivity.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing deliveries as needed.
  • Ensure the store is properly prepared and merchandised for opening each day.
Inventory & Merchandising
  • Support inventory accuracy through proper stocking, rotation, and product placement.
  • Identify and resolve out-of-stock conditions, inventory discrepancies, and merchandising opportunities.
  • Assist with seasonal, promotional, and special merchandising programs.
  • Ensure product displays are maintained according to company standards.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop overnight associates.
