Pay Rates

$16.75 Weekday Hours ($7.75 during sleep hours 12a-6a)

$17.75 Weekend Hours ($8.75 during sleep hours 12a-6a)

Paid Overnight "Get Paid to Sleep" from 12a-6a

*During sleep hours, you may still be required to provide assistance to clients personal care needs.

Requirements for a Direct Support Professional role

  • Must have proof of education (High School Diploma, GED, and/or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate)
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Valid Driver's License for a minimum of two years with a good driving record.
  • Availability for 2-4 weeks of training M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
  • OPTIONAL: ASL (American Sign Language) preferred.
