Seeking a Physician Assistant to join a growing private practice providing care in both Urgent Care and Family Medicine settings. This role offers clinical variety, a collaborative care environment, and a balanced schedule with predictable weekend coverage.
About the Position- Full-time or part-time opportunity
- Provide care in both urgent care and family medicine settings

Clinical Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in urgent care and primary care settings
- Manage acute illnesses and injuries including minor procedures
- Provide preventive care and chronic disease management
- Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Adhere to evidence-based guidelines and quality standards
Schedule- Combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
- Full-time providers split time between urgent care and family medicine clinic
- Part-time providers work in urgent care
- One weekend per month required
- Weekday clinic hours generally Monday through Friday
- Urgent care open seven days per week
- No overnight shifts
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current Physician Assistant license in Nebraska
- NCCPA certification required
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
