Are you a dependable and compassionate Caregiver who is comfortable providing overnight support to older adults?
ComForCare Home Care is hiring an experienced Overnight Caregiver to provide personalized in-home senior care for a client in Wheaton, Illinois.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced caregiver who prefers overnight work and enjoys providing calm, attentive, one-on-one care. Your presence can give a client comfort and security while providing their family with peace of mind.
Position Details
Position: Overnight Caregiver
Schedule: Overnight
Hours: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM
Location: Wheaton, Illinois
Experience: Experienced Caregiver preferred
Your Overnight Responsibilities
  • Provide dependable overnight home care and companionship.
  • Assist with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
  • Support nighttime toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care.
  • Assist with safe mobility, repositioning, transfers, and fall prevention.
  • Help the client follow their nighttime routine and care plan.
  • Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
  • Monitor comfort, safety, and overall well-being throughout the shift.
  • Prepare light meals, snacks, or beverages when needed.
  • Perform basic housekeeping related to the client's care.
  • Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the care team.
  • Complete accurate caregiver documentation.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, attentive, and experienced in caring for older adults.
  • Previous professional caregiving experience required.
  • Experience in overnight care, senior care, elderly care, home care, personal care, or companion care preferred.
  • CNA, HHA, or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
  • Patient, compassionate, trustworthy, and safety-focused.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Current Auto Insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.
