We are hiring aRegistered Nurse (RN)for aHospiceposition providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Franklin Park, IL area. This position is eligible for a $ 10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year!

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end-of-life care planning
  • Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for
  • Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
  • Work independently, but never alone
  • Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
  • Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
  • Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
