Overnight Donut Fryer

Department: Bakery
Reports To: Deli & Bakery Manager
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Summary

The Overnight Donut Fryer is responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality donuts and other fried bakery items each night to ensure our bakery is fully stocked and ready for customers each morning. This position plays a vital role in delivering one of Save More Marketplace's signature fresh bakery offerings.

In addition to bakery production, the Overnight Donut Fryer serves as the primary overnight team member responsible for helping maintain the security and safety of the building while preparing the bakery for the next business day.

The ideal candidate takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and maintains the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization.

Essential ResponsibilitiesBakery Production
  • Prepare, fry, finish, glaze, frost, fill, decorate, and package donuts according to company recipes and production standards.
  • Follow daily production schedules to ensure the bakery is fully stocked prior to store opening.
  • Produce consistent, fresh, and visually appealing bakery products.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
  • Minimize waste through proper production planning and product handling.
  • Ensure finished products are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for display.
Food Safety & Sanitation
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and bakery procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area throughout the shift.
