As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Overnight  in Canyon Lake, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Residential Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol a residential community, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and resident concerns in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter access points, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues.
  • Monitor entry points and community rules while maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter unauthorized access, disturbances, and/or property-related concerns.
  • Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related observations and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be able to ride a bike.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
