Night Auditor
We are seeking a dependable Night Auditor to provide overnight guest service and complete daily hotel accounting functions.
Responsibilities
• Check guests in and out
• Process reservations, payments, and revenue collections
• Post room, tax, and other charges to guest accounts
• Balance departmental revenue and accounts receivable
• Verify guest folios and resolve billing discrepancies
• Complete night audit reports and basic accounting entries
• Respond to guest questions and concerns
• Help maintain a safe, secure, and professional hotel environment
• Assist with breakfast setup when needed
Qualifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Comfortable handling cash, credit cards, and basic accounting
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Hotel night audit or front desk experience preferred
• Marriott experience preferred
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
